BACKGROUND
With growing consumer interest and demand for healthier drinks, the CORE recognized an opportunity to develop cross-category beverage solutions combining fruit and milk, delivering the goodness of both worlds. The aim was to develop two new product solutions for the dairy industry that would compete in the overall consumer ‘share of throat’ for soft drink categories: fruity compounds for ready-to-drink milk beverages and fruity syrup for on-the-spot mix.

Ultimately, the CORE team developed two solutions for the milk category.
Fruity compounds for ready-to-drink milk beverages contain 20-40% fruit content with good homogeneity, stability, and no sediments. A refreshing way to consume milk!
Sample flavors: strawberry, mandarin, forest fruits, tropical, banana, pineapple, orange-passion fruit, mango, lime, and cherry
Fruity syrups for on-the-spot mixes enriched with vitamin D. A tasty and convenient solution to add flavor to milk! Sample flavors: peach, strawberry, and banana
